Booking Policy

This Booking Policy explains how transfer requests, confirmations, changes and service conditions are handled by Brayas Travel.

1. Booking process

Customers may request a transfer through our website, contact form, email, phone or WhatsApp.

A booking becomes valid only after Brayas Travel has reviewed the request and sent a confirmation.

2. Information required for booking

To process a transfer request, we may ask for:

  • full name;
  • contact number;
  • email address;
  • flight number and arrival/departure details;
  • pickup location;
  • drop-off location;
  • number of passengers;
  • luggage details;
  • hotel or accommodation information;
  • special requests, where applicable.

3. Flight information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate flight details.

If flight details are not provided correctly, Brayas Travel cannot guarantee that pickup arrangements can be properly adjusted.

4. Meet & greet and pickup

For airport arrival transfers, pickup instructions will be communicated in advance where possible.

Customers should make reasonable efforts to remain reachable by phone, WhatsApp or email around the pickup time.

5. Waiting time

Reasonable waiting time may be included depending on the confirmed booking arrangement.

Additional waiting time, unscheduled delays or customer-related delays may result in additional charges where applicable.

6. Booking changes

Changes to a confirmed booking should be requested as early as possible.

We will try to accommodate changes, but cannot guarantee availability for:

  • last-minute time changes;
  • destination changes;
  • vehicle upgrades;
  • additional stops;
  • increased passenger or luggage capacity.

Changes may affect the quoted price.

7. Cancellation policy

Cancellation terms should be clearly communicated to the customer at or before confirmation.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

  • cancellations made sufficiently in advance may be eligible for partial or full refund, where payment has been made;
  • late cancellations may be non-refundable or subject to a service charge;
  • no-shows may be charged in full.

You should customise this section to match your actual refund and cancellation rules.

8. No-show policy

A booking may be treated as a no-show if:

  • the customer does not appear at the agreed pickup point within the applicable waiting period;
  • the customer cannot be reached through the contact details provided;
  • the customer leaves the pickup area without communication.

In no-show situations, the booking may be cancelled without refund, depending on the agreed payment terms.

9. Child seats and special requests

Child seats, accessibility needs and similar requests should be communicated in advance and remain subject to availability unless expressly confirmed.

10. Excess luggage and special items

Customers must inform us before booking if they are travelling with oversized luggage, sports equipment, instruments or other special items. Additional vehicle arrangements or charges may apply.

11. Route and service limitations

For operational, safety or legal reasons, Brayas Travel may need to adjust pickup points, routes or vehicle allocation while still providing a reasonable equivalent service where possible.

12. Payment and confirmation

Where advance payment is required, the booking may remain pending until payment is received.

If payment is not completed within the stated time, Brayas Travel may cancel the pending reservation.
