Terms of Use

1. Parties

• Service recipient: the individual using the Site or making a booking (the "Customer")

2. Scope of Service

Brayas Travel provides private airport transfer services between İzmir Adnan Menderes Airport (ADB) and destinations across the Aegean region. The service is planned according to the route, date, time, and vehicle type specified in your booking.

3. Booking and Confirmation

A booking request submitted through the Site is a preliminary request; it becomes final once we review it and confirm it with you over WhatsApp or another communication channel.

Amounts shown on the Site are estimates; the final price is confirmed at that stage. The price calculated client-side should never be relied upon.

4. Payment

Payment can be made in cash or by card (POS). Card payments carry an additional 10% processing fee, which is clearly stated at booking confirmation.

5. Cancellation and Change Policy

Cancellation or change requests must be submitted via WhatsApp or your customer panel at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time.

Requests submitted less than 24 hours before pickup may not be eligible for a refund; you will be informed of this when your request is reviewed.

6. Passenger Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and up-to-date contact, flight, and address information when booking
• Be ready at the specified pickup point and time
• Avoid behavior that endangers other passengers or the driver inside the vehicle
• Remain personally responsible for the safety of your luggage and personal belongings

7. Limitation of Liability

While Brayas Travel exercises reasonable care, we cannot be held liable for delays or disruptions caused by weather, traffic, official authority actions, force majeure, or factors attributable to the Customer (such as incorrect information or being late).

In the event of a flight delay, our driver waits based on the updated landing time; if the reasonable waiting period is exceeded, an additional fee may apply and will be communicated in advance.

8. Intellectual Property

All brand names, logos, text, imagery, and design elements on the Site belong to Brayas Travel and may not be reproduced or used without permission.

9. Customer Account

You are responsible for the confidentiality of the account credentials you create through the customer panel. You remain responsible for actions taken through your account unless you notify us of unauthorized access within a reasonable time.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts and enforcement offices of İzmir, Türkiye have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.

11. Changes

Brayas Travel reserves the right to update these Terms of Use without prior notice. The current version is always published on this page.
