This Booking Policy explains how transfer requests, confirmations, changes and service conditions are handled by Brayas Travel.
Customers may request a transfer through our website, contact form, email, phone or WhatsApp.
A booking becomes valid only after Brayas Travel has reviewed the request and sent a confirmation.
To process a transfer request, we may ask for:
Customers are responsible for providing accurate flight details.
If flight details are not provided correctly, Brayas Travel cannot guarantee that pickup arrangements can be properly adjusted.
For airport arrival transfers, pickup instructions will be communicated in advance where possible.
Customers should make reasonable efforts to remain reachable by phone, WhatsApp or email around the pickup time.
Reasonable waiting time may be included depending on the confirmed booking arrangement.
Additional waiting time, unscheduled delays or customer-related delays may result in additional charges where applicable.
Changes to a confirmed booking should be requested as early as possible.
We will try to accommodate changes, but cannot guarantee availability for:

A booking may be treated as a no-show if:
In no-show situations, the booking may be cancelled without refund, depending on the agreed payment terms.
Child seats, accessibility needs and similar requests should be communicated in advance and remain subject to availability unless expressly confirmed.
Customers must inform us before booking if they are travelling with oversized luggage, sports equipment, instruments or other special items. Additional vehicle arrangements or charges may apply.
For operational, safety or legal reasons, Brayas Travel may need to adjust pickup points, routes or vehicle allocation while still providing a reasonable equivalent service where possible.
Where advance payment is required, the booking may remain pending until payment is received.
If payment is not completed within the stated time, Brayas Travel may cancel the pending reservation.
