9. Luggage

Passengers are responsible for informing us in advance of unusual, oversized or excessive luggage. We may refuse items that cannot be safely transported within the booked vehicle.

10. Liability

We aim to provide our services with reasonable skill, care and professionalism.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Brayas Travel shall not be liable for:

• missed connections caused by inaccurate information provided by the customer;
• delays caused by traffic, weather, airport operations, authorities or force majeure;
